Promise Terms - Meridian Windows & Doors

The Promise, in One Paragraph

Every installation and repair Meridian Windows & Doors performs is covered by a written 365-Day Done Right Promise. If anything we installed or repaired fails due to our workmanship within 365 days of the service date, we come back and make it right at no charge. No forms to file. No fee. No digging for your receipt. We have the job on file. That’s the whole promise, and it’s the same on every job we do.

What’s Covered

  • Our workmanship, for the full 365 days. If a window or door we installed shifts, leaks, binds, or fails to operate correctly because of how we did the job, that’s on us to fix.
  • Parts we supplied and installed. If a component we sourced and put in place fails within the 365-day window, the return visit and the correction are covered.
  • A free return visit. One call gets a technician scheduled – no charge for the visit itself, regardless of how long the fix takes.
  • A full redo when a repair doesn’t hold. If we repaired something and it fails again within the 365 days, we don’t patch it again and hope for the best. We redo it properly.
  • Site cleanup after the return visit. We leave the space the way we found it. That applies to the original installation and to any work done under this promise.
  • Written confirmation on every job. The price goes on paper before work starts, and the promise terms are documented the same way. Nothing lives only in a conversation.

What Isn’t Covered

We want to be straight with you about where the promise ends. These exclusions are the ones a reasonable homeowner would agree are fair.

  • Damage that happened after we left. A storm, a break-in, an impact, a flood – if something outside caused the problem, that’s not a workmanship failure on our end. Call us anyway; we’ll still come look and give you a written price to fix it.
  • Work done by someone else. If another contractor touched the window or door after we finished, we can’t stand behind the outcome of their work.
  • Parts the customer supplied. We can only warrant material we sourced ourselves. If you provided the product and we installed it, the installation work is covered but the part itself is not.
  • Normal wear on equipment we didn’t install. Existing hardware, frames, or adjacent components we weren’t hired to address are outside the scope of this promise.
  • Issues you were made aware of and declined to have fixed. If we flagged a condition during the job and you chose not to address it at the time, problems that trace back to that condition fall outside coverage. We document those conversations so there’s no dispute later.
  • Cosmetic changes of preference. If the work was done correctly and you’d simply like it done differently, that’s a new estimate – not a promise claim.

How to Use the Promise

Step 1: Call (817) 686-2228 or book online

A live person picks up every call, every day of the year – no voicemail loop, no callback-by-Tuesday. Tell us you’re calling about a promise return and we’ll pull the job right up.

Step 2: Describe the issue and the original job

Tell us what’s happening and roughly when we did the work. We keep every job on file, so there’s no receipt to hunt down and no form to fill out.

Step 3: We schedule the return visit

We’ll give you a specific window for the return visit, the same way we did for the original job. Show up inside the window we gave you – that’s part of The Garrison Code, and it applies to return visits too.

Step 4: We make it right

The technician arrives, assesses the failure, and corrects it. When the work is done, the site is cleaned up and you get confirmation that the job is squared away. No charge. No paperwork on your end.

Timing

The 365-day window runs from the date the original work was completed. If you raise something a short time after that date closes, we’re not going to slam a door on you – we’ll come look, and we’ll be reasonable about it. Each Meridian Windows & Doors location is independently owned and operated, but every one of them operates under The Garrison Standard, and that means every one of them honors this promise the same way. The independence is local; the commitment is the same across the board.

Questions About the Promise

If anything about these terms is unclear, or if you’re ready to schedule a return visit, call us at (817) 686-2228. A live person is there to answer. We’d rather talk it through than have you wonder.
